As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Consultant/ Representative to join our team in Alexandria, VA. We are seeking to hire energetic and motivated Client Service Representatives!
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within an established company. No sales or consulting experience required—although it is a plus!
Interview remotely, start work within a week. Paid training will be provided to prepare the candidate in all aspects of the position prior to dealings with the customer base in order to ensure product knowledge and the candidate’s confidence & success.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include working with clients virtually and in-person, answering and following up on phone calls, establishing and maintaining trust with clients, and following the provided sales consultative procedures. We believe in building our employees from the ground up and allowing them to cultivate their natural strengths in order to succeed as a professional individual.
Qualifications:
· Highly developed sense of integrity and professionalism—you are a self-starter and an articulate individual
· Exceptional customer service skills, must be customer service focused with the ability to deliver high customer service satisfaction
· Strong planning and execution skills to anticipate needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
