About the Role:
As an Outbound Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in qualifying customer leads and setting up appointments for our Baths, Roofing, and Windows & Doors teams. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of homeowners while driving the success of our top-notch products and services. This opportunity is full onsite (no work from home offered.)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by our marketing team.
- Qualify customers by identifying their home improvement needs.
- Schedule appointments for our expert teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or appointment setting.
- Outstanding communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
