Our job is simple, we canvass neighborhoods and offer a better trash service at a reduced price. Thousands of new customers sign up with us every single year and our sales pros get paid well for performing well.
Average sales reps earn $20,000 in their first 4 months, experienced reps will typically earn $30,000-$50,0000 in that same period of time. This is a fast paced role for tough go-getters with ambition bigger than an hourly job.
We will be providing training every single day. We expect everyone to work hard. We will push you to do better and become better. Once you have completed a full 4 months of work you can easily compare all that you learn to a master’s degree in communication.
You will be talking with hundreds of people every day. You will be learning to read body language, emotions, and tone of voice. These skills will help in your future job negotiations, business dealings, personal and professional relationships, self-confidence, entrepreneurship, and more. This is a full-time, commission based role. You will be walking door to door changing people’s trash collection service.The toughest part about our job is we work 7 hour days, outside and in heat.
We work Monday through Friday. (Saturdays Optonal) every week with Sundays off. Applicants must be able to deal with rejection and have a great work ethic. The requirements are as follows:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation
No current drug/criminal issues
Ability to spend long periods outdoors
Experience in sales or customer service preferred - not required
