Sales Representative Opportunity – Hourly + Commission

A local restoration and residential construction company is looking for ambitious and driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. You will meet with confirmed, warm leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 3 PM – 7 PM (Some weekends may be required)
- Pay: Hourly + commission
- Reliable transportation is required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented
- Outgoing personality that thrives on human interaction
- Knowledge of residential construction projects is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous in-home sales experience is a plus
- Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home assessments to determine customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with pre-qualified leads and existing customers
- Deliver engaging sales presentations on products and services
- Prepare for and commute to scheduled appointments
- Process sales-related paperwork efficiently
