Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and project management, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing landscape projects from start to finish, including estimating costs, coordinating with clients, and overseeing project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for landscaping projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscape projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or changes throughout the project.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth project flow and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet company goals.
Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, costs, and any changes, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the landscaping industry.
Strong knowledge of landscape design, construction processes, and materials.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in project management software (preferably Jobber)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid, clean, driver’s license.
Compensation:
Base Pay: Based on experience.
Commission: Quarterly commission structure on successfully completed projects.
