Project Sales Representative – Decorative Plumbing & Hardware (Georgetown, Washington, D.C.)

Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time Project Sales Representative to join our team. In this in-person role, you’ll work directly with design and construction professionals to help them select products, prepare proposals, manage orders, and coordinate delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage client relationships with designers, architects, and builders
Prepare detailed quotes and proposals
Work with vendors and purchasing to meet project deadlines
Oversee product selection and delivery details for multiple ongoing projects
Requirements:
1+ years of sales, design, or construction-related experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable in a professional, high-end retail environment
Experience with CRM systems or quoting tools a plus
Compensation:
Base salary: $45,000 annually
Commission plan: Based on gross profit with annual potential
Onboarding stipend for first 9 months:
$1,000/month (1 year of experience)
$1,500/month (2 years of experience)
$2,000/month (3+ years of experience)
Whichever is greater: stipend or commission will be paid.
Expected Total Compensation:
Year 1: $65,000–$95,000+
Year 2: $75,000–$150,000.00
Year 3 and beyond $100,000.00-$200,000.00 plus
