Your primary responsibilities will be:
Conduct residential roof inspections and assess storm-related damage
Qualified leads will be provided - we do all the heavy lifting before you meet the homeowner
Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
Secure signed contingency agreements for roof and/or siding replacements
Canvas designated areas for new opportunities, when the need arises
Successful reps can earn the right to earn their drone operator's license
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Roofing or home inspection experience preferred, but we will train the right candidates for success!
Ability to confidently climb roofs and use inspection tools
Strong communication and people skills
Motivated mindset with a drive to succeed
Compensation Package:
$25 per inspection (Get paid for every roof you inspect!)
$100 per signed Contigency Agreement
4% of the contract value (if the claim is approved and results in a new signed contract)

Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday - Friday
Required to work on Saturday 2-3 times/month
If you work on Saturday, Monday will be an off day
