Are you a motivated individual with excellent people skills and a passion for sales and marketing? NOVA Premium Vending is seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, cold calling, and visiting potential locations to establish partnerships for vending machine placements in and around Fairfax County.

[Responsibilities]
- Identify and research potential locations for vending machine placements
- Make cold calls and engage in proactive outreach to potential clients
- Conduct face-to-face visits and meetings to present our vending services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and materials
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with making phone calls and engaging with people face-to-face
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Must have reliable transportation and able to visit locations in/around Fairfax County
[Schedule]
- Part-Time (flexible hours, approximately 15-20 hours per week)

- Competitive hourly rate (gas and meal stipend provided where applicable) + potential for bonus based on performance
