Job Description:
Holly Acres, a leading marine and RV dealership in Virginia, is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and reach goals.
Monitor and analyze sales team performance, and provide feedback and guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Collaborate with other departments (finance, service, parts) to optimize customer experience.
Stay informed about market trends, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Participate in recruitment and training of sales staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the marine or RV industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to create sales reports and conduct market analysis.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
