This is for an Inside Sales Position in our Tysons Corner Office (NOT REMOTE OR HYBRID)
We are in Real Estate Arbitrage - NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE NEEDED
We are offering a generous $60,000 per year base salary (paid bi-monthly) plus an uncapped commission plan based off your closed sales. The On-Target-Earnings (OTE) for your first year is estimated at $120,000 with your base and commissions (we also offer monthly and quarterly incentives).
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6pm (and yes, we provide lunch and snacks, etc. in our office!)
Laid back atmosphere, but you are expected to have sales experience in-person or on the phone AND know how to use a CRM (we are on Salesforce).

Next Steps (it is VITAL that we can screen for people that can follow instructions) - Please email us a video that you put on an unlisted YouTube link and SELL US on why you are a great phone sales person. Also, include a copy of your resume. We are going to do phone screens to those that catch our attention and if you get the green light from there, we will schedule you to come in this week! We are ready to onboard as early as March 1, 2025 but also have an onboarding schedule for Q2 on April 1, 2025.
Paid Training included during your first week. We have free parking and a gym onsite with a shower and lockers. For those that use the metro, we offer free Uber to and from the office. We provide lunch daily as well - looking forward to our next sales person to grow with our company!
