Position: Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site estimates and quotes for potential customers, utilizing our proprietary software and operational standards.
Engage with customers, explaining our services and persuading them to sign contracts.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Follow up on pending estimates to ensure timely closure of deals.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
Sales experience preferred but not required; we will provide comprehensive training.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong work ethic and a drive for success.
