Beauty Estate Properties is a licensed property management firm located in the Carolinas.
We are looking for independent sales reps who can promote our real estate classes.
All sales reps will earn a huge commission from every package.
This is a 30 to 60-day assignment and payoff!
We are looking for serious candidates only!
We are a licensed firm through the state and are looking for sales reps who can deliver.
We are seeking 3-5 driven sales reps to join our team.
All sales reps who show dedication will be offered a position with our firm.
Requirements
-All sales reps must reside in the U.S. and be 18 years or older.
-Must be comfortable being paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor without a base salary.
-You must hold a valid Driver's License.
-Must be available at least 4 days of the week full-time.
-Must have three to five years in a sales position and/or similar role preferred.
-Must have access to a dedicated phone and computer/laptop with internet connection.
-Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Canva.
-You must be willing to promote our classes to potential clients and effectively communicate
the value of our classes. (You may have to make sales calls to prospects)
-Identify and develop new leads through strategic prospecting efforts.
-The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting,
qualifying, and closing sales.
Compensation
Beauty Estate Properties will value and reward your hard work and dedication.
Our classes are in packages. You will receive a high compensation per package.
You are only required to sell one package.
Our sales reps earn between $50,000-$100,000 per package.
