Arrowine is looking for an experienced Data Management, Data Entry, and Retail POS System Specialist with Lightspeed and Shopify experience to manage our online store and POS System. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are critical qualifications for this position. Job Responsibilities and Duties
Creating Products using our POS system
Inventory Management
Order Entry and Inventory Reconciliation
Coding invoices to the proper General Ledger accounts
Using and maintaining our POS System
Managing customer information and databases
Creative Writing for our Newsletter using Klaviyo
Social Media Experience is a plus
Possess and acquire product knowledge
Maintain the Merchandising of Product Displays
Understand and maintain Arrowine's Guiding Principles
Have detailed knowledge of our offerings
Job Requirements:
Flexible to work weekends and holidays
The ideal candidate enjoys working with food, talking about cheese, charcuterie, fine wine and gourmet foods.
