We are a new Spa in the Fairfax area. We are seeking a friendly Spa Attendant to join our amazing team. Training will be provided. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the spa facility, folding laundry, answering phones, responding to texts and setting appointments. As well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. If you have a passion for creating a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience, we would love to hear from you.
```Responsibilities```
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facility, including treatment rooms, laundry, sanitizing utensils.
- Stock and replenish towels, linens, and other supplies as needed
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the spa services and amenities
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during their visit
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Process retail sales of spa products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of the spa
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not a must
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing payments

PAY:$10/ hr, this job is strictly helping out around the spa, you will not be providing any services at the spa.
