Salon Assistant Position
Blackbird Salon, a high-end and trendy salon located in the heart of Navy Yard, Washington, DC, is seeking a passionate and reliable Salon Assistant to join our talented team. What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. While prior salon experience is preferred, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services.
Rinsing color and applying toners under stylist direction.
Maintaining a pristine salon environment, including sweeping, laundry, and disinfecting tools and workspaces.
Assisting stylists with client flow and any additional needs to ensure seamless service.
