Position Overview:
As an Experienced Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding hair coloring and cutting services, tailoring your techniques to meet the individual needs of our clients. Your creative flair and expertise will enhance our clients’ experiences, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and hair care needs.
Apply hair color treatments and techniques with precision.
Stay updated on the latest coloring and cutting trends and techniques.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Current cosmetology license is required.
Proficient in a variety of techniques (balayage, highlights, layering, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
