We are looking for a construction site supervisor for a small project in Washington,DC.
Tasks would be:
- gain full knowledge of the construction plans.
- Planning and organizing: Overseeing the project team's progress, reviewing and approving designs, specifications, drawings, and materials, and ensuring they meet industry and client standards.
- receive RFIs’ from the subs of the different trades and communicate with the architect and engineers.
- fill out any submissions and ROMs’.
- Managing workers: Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, defining their responsibilities, and creating work schedules.
- Planning and organizing: Overseeing the project team's progress, reviewing and approving designs, specifications, drawings, and materials, and ensuring they meet industry and client standards.
