VienerX is seeking an experienced IT Service Technician to join our growing team. This position includes both remote and onsite work at customer locations throughout the DC–Baltimore corridor. You'll support a mix of small business, education, and franchise environments. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in desktop support and basic infrastructure, is reliable, and enjoys being part of a high-performance service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and onsite support for PCs, printers, basic networks, and software
Troubleshoot issues with Windows OS, Office365, VPN, and endpoint protection
Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment
Support basic firewall, switch, and Wi-Fi setups (training provided as needed)
Travel to customer sites as scheduled (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided)
Escalate complex issues to senior engineering team as appropriate
Qualifications:
1–3 years of IT support experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office365, and endpoint security tools
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Bonus: Exposure to RMM tools like ConnectWise or Datto
