Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior IT Specialist with at least 10 years of IT experience. As part of our MSP team, you will provide comprehensive IT services to our clients, focusing heavily on Office 365 administration and Ubiquiti Unifi access point deployment and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Office 365 Administration:
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
Handle email account creation, management, and migration for clients.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices within Office 365 environments.
Networking and Wireless Access Points:
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Ubiquiti Unifi access points for optimal performance.
Assist with network design, monitoring, and security.
Low Voltage Cable Installation:
Perform or oversee low-voltage cabling installations to support client infrastructure needs.
Server and Storage Management:
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
Configure and manage NAS devices for efficient and secure client data storage.
Firewall and Security:
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure client network security.
Implement secure remote access solutions, such as VPNs.
IT Support and Tools:
Provide end-to-end IT support to clients, including user account management and system troubleshooting.
Utilize Syncro for IT service management, ticketing, and remote monitoring.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of IT experience, preferably in an MSP or similar environment.
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Ubiquiti Unifi access points (required).
Proficiency in Windows Servers, NAS management, networking, and firewalls.
Experience with low-voltage cable installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Syncro or comparable MSP tools is highly desirable.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple client environments effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Ubiquiti, CompTIA) are a plus.
