What You’ll Be Doing:
Desktop support (remote and onsite)
Installing/upgrading PCs, laptops, and servers
Troubleshooting user issues
Network printing/scanning setup
Antivirus/security fixes
Data backup and recovery (e.g., Datto)
Patch management via ConnectWise/InTune
Our Tech Environment Includes:
Windows Server
Active Directory
Windows 10/11, macOS
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange
WatchGuard Firewalls, VPNs
Networking, SQL, ConnectWise, InTune
