Job Description
We are a well-established company looking for a skilled and reliable Lead crew manager for attic cellulose insulation installer to join our team full-time. You will primarily be responsible for blowing cellulose insulation into attics, performing exterior ladder work to seal entry points on the sides of homes, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Install cellulose insulation by blowing it into attics with specialized equipment.
Perform exterior ladder work to seal entry points and prevent pest intrusions.
Safely drive an F-250 truck while towing a 24-foot trailer.
Haul trash and debris to the dump daily.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience with insulation installation required.
Comfortable with exterior ladder work (working at heights is required).
Ability to drive an F-250 and tow a 24-foot trailer safely and confidently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, full-time.
