Automotive repair MIDAS shop in Arlington, VA is looking for two motivated individuals to become part of our team, as a experienced Service writer and a General Service Technician, with advancements for the right candidate. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. The person can meet/greet customers, discuss all aspects of the customer's concerns with regard to their vehicles service needs. Learn all aspects of working behind the service counter, from entering customer information to writing full service estimates. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems along with the capacity to continually learn about new technologies . Will need to have basic computer skills. Must possess effective, and understanding abilities regarding explaining the findings and solutions to accommodate the customer service concerns.
