Class A residential contractor seeking highly experienced and capable carpenter to lead teams installing high-end, detail intensive and creative projects including additions, screened porches, sunrooms, decks, kitchens, custom cabinetry and built-ins, porticos, etc.
We are looking for a self-motivated, calm, thoughtful, responsible and detail oriented working foreman to lead a team through framing and finishing on projects. Strong communication skills and willingness to teach best practices in a team environment are a must. If you have a crew or helper you want to bring on board with you, that is open for discussion.
Must be fluent in English; Spanish capable is a plus. Must be able to lead by example, have a valid driver's license, transportation, tools and the capability to show up on time and to consistently work Monday - Friday. We only work in Northern Virginia and strongly prefer our employees to live in the area. Pay is commensurate with experience. Paid vacation, holidays, healthcare and 401k are available to our full-time employees. We work year round, Monday - Friday.
