ULTRA Company General Contractors has expanded our COMMERCIAL Services Division with great success. We have new openings for COMMERCIAL CARPENTERS, FOREMEN and GENERAL TRADESMEN for our very busy Company. The trades work will involve hands-on working on repairs and small renovations of occupied office interiors at secure locations. Working foremen will be supervising crews on Small COMMERCIAL Renovation and Service Projects with both subcontractors and in-house crews.
A Minimum of 7 years experience with COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION projects is required.
Qualifications include extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with:
Drywall Framing and Hanging
Rough Carpentry
General Finish Carpentry
Acoustical Ceilings
Hanging Doors and Frames
Hardware and Fixture Installation
Painting and Finishing
Must be Able to Read, Interpret and Follow Drawings
Ability to Layout is Required
Ability to do Small Demolition
Ability to Run Smaller Sized Commercial Renovation Projects
Must have Full Complement of Tools and Full Time Transportation
Must have legal status to work and be fluent in English. American Citizens are required for many of the locations.
