EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS Required:
High School Diploma or Trade School.
OSHA 30 Construction Certificate
CPR/First Aid Certificate
Responsible Land Disturber Certification
USACE / NAVFC Quality Manager Certificate
Valid Driver License
Be able to pass a back ground
EXPERIENCE Required: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction. Commercial Building Construction is a must.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Open the Jobsite for all workers and sub-contractors. Orientate and assign all trades with their perspective daily task assignments. Order and receive buy out materials. Communicate with the Project Manager and Owner's Agents all project schedules. Perform work tasks or assist crews in performing scheduled tasks. Complete all Daily activity reports, budget analysis and the like.
