Overview:
Titan Restoration, a leading Commercial Construction Company specializing in exterior building repair, is seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee construction projects involving roofing, waterproofing, masonry repairs, concrete repairs, and structural repairs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success from inception to completion.
Duties:
- Understand projects comprehensively from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all projects have necessary project information on-site.
- Obtain permits as required and manage submittal packages.
- Conduct weekly site visits and provide detailed reports to project stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules and make updates as necessary.
- Coordinate material, equipment, and labor to meet project timelines.
- Attend pre-construction and progress meetings.
- Generate project review reports with photographs for documentation.
- Review vendor/subcontractor invoices and collaborate with the accounting department on project billing.
- Address any other project-related matters that may arise during construction.
Requirements:
- Experience in Commercial Building and Historic Building Repair (Waterproofing, Masonry, Roofing, Carpentry) is preferred.
- Comprehensive Understanding of OSHA regulations, blueprint reading, quality control, and construction management.
- Familiarity with construction sites and pipeline processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various project stakeholders.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
