DC Metro Plumbing & Heating is seeking DC-licensed Master Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanics (Master HVAC) and Master Plumber/Gasfitters for retainer-based oversight roles supporting our residential service projects.
These positions are ideal for licensed masters who want:

Minimal on-site work

Permit authorization oversight only
A simple, long-term arrangement
Low time commitment
Responsibilities Include:
Authorizing mechanical and/or plumbing/gas permits in Washington, DC
Providing required code oversight
Occasional consultation (rare on-site visits, only if needed)
Compensation:
Weekly retainer or negotiable compensation
