Applicant must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in TREX decking and Vinyl railing installation. Crew must be capable of building custom decks and screen porches. Pay will be based on Porch/Deck/Step square footage as well as your experience. Most crews make 200k+ per year
DECK CREW must have:
Reliable clean truck
All tools necessary to install project properly
Crew must have at least 2 to 3 people
One person in crew MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
You will need a cell phone and INSURANCE
Your responsibilities:
You will meet with designer at property to layout project and ask any questions about project you might have
You will need to call in your own footing, framing and final inspections for project
Most of the materials are delivered to project but you will have to pick up some materials
Make sure job site is clean everyday and homeowner is 100% happy before you leave project
We are a construction company and not a baby sitting companyif you need a lot of attention or your hand held all day to get project completed, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
