We are seeking a dependable Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support ongoing maintenance, repairs, and light construction work across multiple restaurant locations and select residential properties.
This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping spaces safe, functional, and guest-ready.
What You’ll Do
Perform general maintenance and repair work at restaurant locations and residential properties
Complete light construction and pre-construction tasks such as:
Drywall patching and repair
Painting and touch-ups
Minor tile or flooring repairs
Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks (non-licensed):
Replace faucets, fixtures, outlets, and switches
Troubleshoot minor issues
Install and repair shelving, signage, fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware
Assist with punch-list items and pre-inspection preparation
Identify issues proactively and recommend solutions
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when work is outside of scope
Travel between locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or facilities work
Comfortable working in both commercial (restaurant) and residential environments
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Nice to Have
Experience supporting restaurant or retail locations
Familiarity with renovation or flip projects
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Schedule & Pay
Flexible schedule (primarily weekdays; occasional evenings/weekends)
Hourly or salaried, based on experience
