Supervises installation crews. Work with installers to make sure they have the proper attire and equipment on all jobs. Pre and post walk installations as needed. Pre and post walk with builders. Meet onsite with customers to go over scope of work. Manage warehouse. Assist with scheduling jobs for correct amount of days. Make sure correct material is ordered and ready for installers to pick up. Must have flooring knowledge. Needs to be able to educate team and customer as needed on products. Must be able to measure and inspect flooring for damage. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must have transportation to work. Good communication skills and detail oriented a must. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Will be driving MD, DC and VA area. This is a Monday through Friday job. This is not a work from home job.
