Scope of Work
We are seeking professional subcontractor crews experienced in commercial and residential exterior construction, particularly:
Roofing Systems
Modified Bitumen
TPO, EPDM, and PVC Single-Ply Systems
Standing Seam Metal Roofs & Architectural Metal Roofing
Asphalt Shingles, Synthetic Slate, and Natural Slate
Historic Roofing Projects
Roof Coatings and Waterproofing
Sheet Metal & Exterior Work
Fabrication and installation of custom sheet metal
Gutters, downspouts, fascia, and flashing systems
Siding installation (Fiber Cement / Hardie, Vinyl, Metal Panel Systems)
Windows and Doors replacement and installation
Requirements
Proven experience in government, institutional, or large commercial projects
Proper business licensing and insurance (General Liability, Workers’ Comp, etc.)
OSHA-10 / OSHA-30 preferred
Reliable transportation, crew, and tools
Ability to complete projects with high standards of quality and safety
Past performance or reference list is a plus
