Fulltime Hotel Engineer/ Maintenace - Experience needed in hotels or handyman experience. Preventative Maintenace on guest rooms, to include painting, drywall, light plumbing and electrical. Carpet cleaning and or other related tasks to maintain the property. HVAC experience, Bi-lingual, Pool Certification helpful.
