These are THE BASIC FOUNDATION TASKS
FIRST FLOOR
1. Wipe down front doors.—storm door and the inside door.
2. Sweep/tidy front porch
3. Vacuum hallway, living, and dining rooms.
4. Dust hallways, living room, and dining room using Pledge, Old English or other product.
5. Dust art in all public spaces.
6. Clean stovetop and oven door.
7. Clean counter and the sink.
8. Wipe down the front of the cabinets.
9. Wipe down wall switches and areas around them
10. Clean the refrigerator inside and out.
11. Clean the guard rail at the bottom of the refrigerator.
12. Empty trash cans and leave the bags on the porch outside.
13. Replace the bags in the trash cans.
14. Wipe the back doors-inside and out
15. Clean backdoor windows(once a month)
16. Clean the floor, including the small area in the back of the kitchen.
17. Clean first floor steps.
18. Clean the stair railings
19. Clean blinds (once a month)
SECOND FLOOR
21. Clean the bathroom and the floor.
22. Clean bathroom mirror.
23. Wipe down the bathroom door and moldings.
24. Vacuum the hallway.
25. Dust the bookcases and all artifacts
There are two bedroom on the second floor use by AirBNB guests. They need attention after the guest leave. This occurs once/twice a month.
THIRD FLOOR
26. Wipe down the stairs.
27. Wipe down the stair railings.
28. Wipe down the washer and dryer.
29. Damp op the floor.
30. Vacuum the hallway.
31. Dust the bookcase.
If a person has “special” supplies they use, we will do our best to supply those. We need to be informed when something is needed.
Must reliable. Do not want a person that we have follow around and check whether or not the work was done in a quality manner. This is an AirBNB residence, so things must be done in an excellent manner so that guests leave Five-star ratings for cleanliness.
