Prominent HVAC Company in Northern VA in need of experienced Service Technician and Lead Installer. This is not your typical HVAC Jobit is a family-owned and operated business with High Customer Service values. We are looking for someone with prior experience to provide excellent customer service, diagnostics and cost-effective solutions to our customers' HVAC issues and problems.
Positions 1:
<>Full Time Service/Sales Technicians (5+ Years HVAC Service/Sales experience) Salary + Bonus + Commission
someone who can not only replace parts, but who can diagnose problems and who can sell equipment.
Positions 2:
<>Full Time HVAC Lead Installer.And someone else to lead an installation team for air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork and indoor air quality. ( 3+ years experience in Residential HVAC ) Salary + Bonus + Commission
Positions 3:
<>Full Time Installer Helper, If you have previous experience in HVAC system installation welcome and we will train you more to be and installer.
Experience is a +PLUS
Requirements:
- CFC Certification required, NATE Certification is a PLUS+ (Tech and Installer).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers at all levels.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and a good driving records.
