Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for organizing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Organize and oversee multiple job sites and project timelines
· Submit and manage project budgets and financial documentation
· Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
· Communicate with sales representatives, superintendents, and other project managers
· Draft and respond to professional correspondence via email
· Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools for project tracking and documentation
· Participate in occasional on-site meetings as needed
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Project Manager (required)
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
· Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
· Comfortable with remote work, with flexibility for occasional site visits
Preferred Qualifications:
· Background or experience in the HVAC industry
