Key Responsibilities:
Sales Expertise: Engage with customers to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Perform HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and installations while explaining the technical aspects to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest HVAC products and technologies to effectively educate customers.
Quotes and Proposals: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for HVAC installations and services.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC
Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong sales background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
