AirBenders, LLC. is hiring full-time HVAC professionals for the following positions: EXPERT SERVICE, INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS AND HELPERS

Required Qualifications:
**5 years residential and light commercial experience
**Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
**Excellent oral and written communication skills
**Honest and dependable
**Clean driving record as required by company insurance carrier
**Clean criminal records
**Able to work in a flexible schedule, full time and overtime hours, plus weekends when needed.
**Motivated to succeed and grow in HVAC career
**Team Player
**Strong work ethic
Want to be our next 5-Star Technician? Here's what we need from you:
**Must be able to carry out instructions with or without supervision
**Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
**Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and follow written and verbal instructions
**Great interpersonal skills with all types of customers
**Ability to install basic systems,
example: air handler, furnace, indoor coils, humidifier, UV lights, air cleaners.
**Ability to install and fabricate small ductwork transitions
**Install outdoor units, outdoor coils, perform refrigerant repairs, compressor, txv, etc.
**Ability to wire indoor and outdoor units
**Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
**Perform other duties assigned
**Willingness to Learn and looking for a career, not just a job
Preferred Qualifications:
**Commercial refrigeration
**Nate Certification
**Plumbing Experience
**Electrical Experience
