As we continue to grow, we are seeking A Lead Plumber to lead our plumbing division and enhance our reputation in the industry.
Job Description:
As the Lead Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing dept alongside the owner, ensuring high standards of service. You will play a crucial role in developing customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. You will also collaborate closely with the electrical and underground divisions to provide our customers with comprehensive home service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise plumbing operations, including drain cleaning, fixture replacements, water heater installations, and underground sewer services.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of plumbers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to schedule jobs and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote plumbing services and build brand awareness.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A Master Plumbing License is not required but appreciated.
- Proven experience in plumbing management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and call tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
