Job Summary:
The Head Finisher will work closely with Shop Foreman and Project Management teams to finish architectural woodworking and produce finish samples.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
- Generate finish samples to match clients control samples.
- Spray Lacquers.
- Spray Toners to match control samples.
- Spray High Gloss lacquer paints.
- Sand and prepare woodworking products for finishing, such as cabinets, reception desks, wall panels, etc.
- Direct others in the finish shop to sand, stain and prepare products for finishing.
- Work with Shop Foreman, Project Managers, Cabinet Makers and others as needed to complete projects on time and schedule deliveries
