Prudent Homes is a service based Residential & Commercial insulation / remediation contractor based in Woodbridge Va. We have been in business in the Northern Va. Metro area since 2003.
Prudent Homes specializes in residential attic remediation, mold remediation, crawl space insulation, encapsulation, air leakage sealing, insulation removal and retrofitting. The company offers custom spray foam applications, blown-in cellulose and fiberglass insulation, attic remediation with disinfectant and pest control, pest control insulation, attic rodent barriers, drill and fill applications, air seal applications, and spray-applied closed cell foam crawl space encapsulations. We construct attic floor systems and install pulldown stairs. We are looking for candidates that can learn and lead this kind of residential work.
We are looking for experienced insulators and/or remediators that know how to operate spray foam rigs, fiber handling blow trucks and mold jobs. (Will train the right candidate). The right candidate will be able to work and move in attics and crawlspaces (year round work). Many of our clients are residential upgrades and to a lesser degree new construction (attics, crawlspace encapsulations, SPF applications, building thermal envelope).
Candidates must be able to communicate with clients and contractors and be the face of the company while working with our customers. The candidate must be able to enter a client’s home and treat the client and their home with an exceeding level of respect, care, and professionalism.
We are looking for people that can become part of our very experienced and knowledgeable team. Candidates must speak fluent English, have a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the US and must be able to pass a background check.
