Low Voltage Technician

We are seeking an experienced low voltage technician to work with a well-skilled team of technicians, engineers and project managers to install, service and maintain access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, PA systems, TeleData and other low-voltage systems.

This is not a position to "learn the trade", this is a position for someone that is already on his or her way to being a "master of the trade". Looking for self motivated, self starters looking to make an impact on a rapidly growing business.

Minimum 3 years experience in the low-voltage and security space is required.

Previous experience installing security hardware (Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV) is required. This includes cable from the panels to the field hardware, wiring doors and installing devices/field hardware (door position switches, card readers, PIR's, cameras, speakers, etc).

Additional experience and proficiency is required in the use of power and hand tools and experience in working on ladders and on construction sites.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Access Control: 2 years (Preferred)

Intrusion Detection: 2 years (Preferred)

CCTV: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License and auto insurance (Required)
