We have a lot a contract with a company that has all their properties in Washington, DC. There are work orders that will be assigned to this potential candidate. Your primary responsibilities would be to report to the properties that our maintenance coordinator will assign you in the morning, fix the issue or provide information back on what needs to be done to the maintenance coordinator, check behind our vendors to ensure they are doing the right thing.
