We have an immediate opening for experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in Herndon.
Must have 3-5 years' experience in apartment maintenance
Must be able to maintain property to a high standard of curb appeal
Make ready units for new Residents
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Must have experience in plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, appliance repair, etc.
HVAC certification is preferred (not required)
Monitor and control shop supplies and inventory
Available for on-call emergencies
Must have valid driver's license
Must pass criminal background check and drug screening. Competitive benefits package. EOE.
