Now Hiring: Commercial Fence Installation Crew
Armor Fence & Deck, a well-established fencing and outdoor-living contractor serving Northern Virginia for over 30 years, is seeking reliable and experienced Fence Installers to join our growing team. We perform residential, commercial, and military-base / secure-site projects.
Responsibilities:
Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fencing. Assist with layout, post setting, and material handling. Maintain clean and safe job sites, Work outdoors in varying conditions
Required Qualifications:
1–2+ years of fence or construction installation experience preferred
Proficient with power tools
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
Skid steer or aerial lift experience is a plus
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Due to the nature of our projects, all crew members on site must meet the following:
Valid REAL ID (required for military-base access)
OSHA safety certification (test passed and current)
No felony convictions for any member on site
Active General Liability and Umbrella insurance coverage (required for crews/subcontractors)
