Must have experience in interior and exterior home related maintenance and repairs.
General Home Improvement/Repair.
Applicants must have experience in the following areas.
Basic Framing and structure repairs.
Tiling.
Basic understanding of electrical/Plumbing.
Exterior wood repair and water leakage problem solving.
Siding related work.
Roofing repairs and installation.
Gutter Cleaning.
Gutter Repairs.
Door and window installation, repairs and replacements.
Available job openings:
Full-time position ONLY.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record require to applied.
Compensation:
Hourly pay starts at $22.00 an hour.
We offer hourly pay in a weekly basis.
Job duties:
Detailed work orders in writing are assigned for all projects.
Must be able to read English and understand the scope of work.
All work orders are to be completed as specified and will be inspected and supervised.
Position oversight:
All jobs are to be supervised by the company owner.
