We are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our team. This role involves remeasuring, ordering, planning, and scheduling inspections, as well as conducting site visits, meeting with inspectors, and handling estimations using our in-house software.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform remeasures and manage orders
Plan and schedule inspections and site visits
Meet with inspectors as needed
Complete estimations using in-house software
Utilize Google Forms (80% of tasks are completed here)
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
$35/hour plus gas allowance
Requirements:
Reliable transportation is required
Must have construction experience and be comfortable with technology (Google Forms & software)
