About Us:

We are a well-established residential remodeling company specializing in high-quality home renovations and additions. We take pride in delivering craftsmanship and excellence while maintaining efficient project timelines. We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee job site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Site Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Subcontractor & Worker Management: Supervise subcontractors and laborers, ensuring work meets company standards, building codes, and project plans.

Scheduling & Logistics: Organize and anticipate work phases, ensuring all trades have the necessary materials and instructions.

Quality Control & Code Compliance: Verify all work meets local building codes, safety standards, and client expectations.

Problem Solving: Identify issues proactively and implement solutions to avoid delays or additional costs.

Minor Carpentry & Hands-On Assistance: Perform small carpentry tasks when necessary to keep jobs moving smoothly.

Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Documentation & Reporting: Track job progress, update the company on milestones, and maintain job site records.

Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.

Requirements:

-Minimum 8 years of experience in residential remodeling (additions, kitchens, bathrooms, full-home remodels).

-Extensive knowledge of all trades (framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finish carpentry, etc.).

-Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications.

-Reliable transportation (truck preferred) for moving between job sites.

-Own set of tools for minor carpentry and on-site troubleshooting.

-Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in scheduling and managing workers.

-Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with homeowners and trade partners.

-Basic computer skills for reporting and communication (email, scheduling software, etc.).

-Clean criminal record and driving record.

-Legal work authorization in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But a Plus):

-Experience managing multiple remodeling projects at once, ensuring smooth workflow between different job sites.

-Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar construction management software.

-Ability to speak Spanish (to communicate with subcontractors, if applicable).
