MUST HAVE:
Remodeling skills
Carpentry skills
Experience in all phases of remodeling work (kitchen/bath/basement, & flooring)
Able to do light plumbing & electrical work
Own tools and reliable transportation.
English & Spanish speaking is A MUST
Reliable and on time type of person
Able to provide references and Before & After pictures of your work
