What You'll Do
Perform hands-on construction tasks: cabinets, trim, framing, drywall, tile, hardwood/LVP flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and exterior work.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and team members to meet timelines and ensure quality.
Adhere to safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges to keep projects running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years experience in residential construction or remodeling.
Expertise in one or more areas: cabinets, trim, framing, drywall, tile, hardwood/LVP flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and exterior work.
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
Attention to detail with a commitment to top-notch workmanship.
Problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude.
Physical capability to lift heavy materials and operate tools safely.
Speaks/understands English.
