I am located in Bethesda, MD and need a bathtub SKILLFULLY removed without damaging the )wall of floor tile existing tile, although some damage is possible. It must be hauled away. (please see photo) I do not want any damage to the existing tile. If necessary due to size and weigth of the bathtub, the toilet can also be removed and additional fee added to this project. (I say this because the bathtub is heavy).
There is also a substantial access panel from the bedroom (Please see pics)
Your response MUST include why you are qualified to skillfully remove the bathtub. The bathtub is on floor 1 and 25 feet from the front door.
